Ink and watercolour

Last fall, before I returned to Toronto from Cape Breton, I completed an ink and watercolour painting of a Cape Breton landscape, now happily hanging in my daughter’s apartment. Now that I am back in my little CB house, I decided to use the same technique for two paintings inspired by a Killarney canoe trip not so long ago.

  1. These look really wonderful Jane…i particularly love Killarney 1….i think you are doing great with this combination.

  2. Thanks Linda. Seems funny to be painting Killarney while in Cape Breton, but it takes me a while to get used to a landscape. More CB to come, for sure!
