Spring grounds cleanup and new garden beds

June must be the busiest month here, and perhaps in other rural areas of Canada too. Time to clear away the masses of brush piles, fallen and dead trees, and removing a few more to maximize sun on my new raised garden beds. It was a full day of work for three strong men.

hi Jane, haha, seems we spend the whole spring and summer cleaning, mending and restoring, the aftermath of winter! Have been wondering how things were going with you. Speaking of strong guys, Allan’s hurt his hand and had to have surgery. I spring him from hospital today. love Val
